Your satisfaction is our goal. With that in mind, Economy Office Supply will accept returns for any unopened, unused products within 29 days of your order. It is important that all original packaging be included to qualify for a refund (minus shipping costs and/or restocking fees).

There are some items which do not qualify for refunds. They are: Electronics (camcorders, televisions, etc.), assembled or installed furniture, food/beverages, custom/special orders (including large quantity, specially priced quoted orders) and medicines such as aspirin.

Special Order Items
Special order items are not returnable under any circumstances, except for damages sustained during delivery.

Damage Claims or Shortages Important Notice
Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 48 business hours without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.  In the event of damaged products, please contact us so we can help make things right, email to eos@economyofficesupply.com

You Pay For Return Shipping
We will pay for return shipping only when products delivered are defective, damaged or the wrong product was received from what was ordered.

As such, EOSC does not assume any liability for the products sold, and makes no representation or warranty, either expressed or implied, on the suitability of the materials, or the accuracy of information provided. All implied warranties or suitability for a particular purpose are disclaimed and excluded from the terms of sale. The customer’s sole and only remedy shall be the repair or replacement or defective goods by the manufacturer in accordance with the manufacturer’s stated warranty. In no event shall EOSC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including with out limitation, any damage to customer, property, and work in process, lost opportunity, or claims by third parties.
